Outlet Officer In-Charge
Job Description:
The Outlet Officer In-Charge is responsible assisting other outlet staff with their task and assuring that they are performing their work according to their job obligations. She/he will also supervise the flow of service in the entire outlet?s departments namely: Administrative, Sales and Production.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delegate various workloads to staff
- Monitor and assist staff with work progress
- Initiate, monitor and validate the preparation of all reports and attachments
- Organize and manage scheduled meetings
- Review and evaluate daily reports (Collection, Sales, Contracts and other reports)
- Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize efficiency
- Determine and report outlet issues and problems
- Ensure agents fill-up and pass the necessary forms & attachments before releasing of contracts
- Implement company rules and regulations
- Monitor the observance of all processes in the outlet (Admin, Sales & Production)
Job Requirements:
Male or Female, 23 ? 40 years old
Graduate of any business-related course
2 ? 3 years of experience
Computer literate
Honest, efficient, and have people and managerial skills
